# system.kanoa.asset.copyAsset(assetId, userId)

Makes a copy of the asset. This will be an identical copy including all the child assets, links to modes, states, items and attributes

**userId** `Integer`: Id of user executing the function<br />

**assetId** `Integer` The assetId of the newly created asset<br />
**msg** `String` None if success<br />
