# system.kanoa.cmms.deleteProcedureCategory(procedureCategoryId, userId)

Deletes a procedure category by id. Use this to remove a category used to organize and classify procedures once it is no longer needed. The underlying SQL will prevent deletion if the category is still in use � for example, 
if one or more procedures are currently assigned to it � so the call fails safely rather than orphaning existing procedures.
