# system.kanoa.quality.config.deleteCheck(chkItemId, userId)

Deletes a check. FK constraints will prevent us from deleting a check that is being used.

**chkItemId** `Integer`: Id of check item to delete<br />
**userId** `Integer`: Id of user executing the function<br />

**# of records modified** `Integer`<br />
**message** `String` 'Deleted' or error message if # of records modified is 0<br />
