# Cleanliness Check

Use these questions to prepare for the Kanoa Quality certification exam.

<details>
<summary>What is the difference between a check sheet and a check event?</summary>

The check sheet is the reusable template. A check event is one occurrence of it being started and filled in, with its own status and answers. See [The Lifecycle of a Check](../01-cleanliness-check/3-check-lifecycle.md).

</details>

<details>
<summary>An operator answers `Passable` for every area of the Cleanliness Check. Is the check OK?</summary>

Yes. `Passable` is a Warning, and only a Fail on a check item makes the check not OK. See [Build the Check Sheet](../01-cleanliness-check/1-build-the-check-sheet.md).

</details>

<details>
<summary>Can an operator run a check sheet that is still in Draft?</summary>

No. Operators can only run Released check sheets. Gateway Admins can start Draft or In Revision sheets for testing. See [Build the Check Sheet](../01-cleanliness-check/1-build-the-check-sheet.md).

</details>

<details>
<summary>When is an answer saved: when it's entered, or when the check is submitted?</summary>

When it's entered. Submit completes the check and changes its status. See [Complete and Review a Check](../01-cleanliness-check/2-complete-and-review.md).

</details>

<details>
<summary>A check sheet doesn't require a sign-off. What status does a submitted check end in?</summary>

Approved. It passes straight through Submitted. See [The Lifecycle of a Check](../01-cleanliness-check/3-check-lifecycle.md).

</details>

<details>
<summary>What moves a check nobody has started from Coming Due to Missed?</summary>

Its trigger's timers: Delay, Coming Due, Over Due and Grace. See [The Lifecycle of a Check](../01-cleanliness-check/3-check-lifecycle.md).
