# Offline Lab Inspection

Use these questions to prepare for the Kanoa Quality certification exam.

<summary>Why is the helper check sheet built before the main one?</summary>

<summary>What happens when the operator clicks `Get Analyzer Data` and takes a measurement?</summary>

<summary>What does Sign Off Required change?</summary>

<summary>Why didn't the test fail action fire on the first run?</summary>

Nothing on the sheet had a spec yet, so nothing could fail. The action only runs when a check actually fails. See [Run and Validate](../05-offline-lab-inspection/3-run-and-validate.md).

<summary>Is the follow-up check issued when the failed check is submitted or when it's approved?</summary>
