system.kanoa.cmms.getConditions(paramsDict)

Returns the available condition-based monitoring definitions � the reusable condition TYPES (e.g. a vibration-over-threshold rule or a runtime-counter rule) that can be attached to work orders via setWorkOrderCondition, rather than the condition instances tied to a specific work order. All keys in paramsDict are optional filters; pass an empty dict to return all defined conditions, or filter by id, name, or enabled status.
