system.kanoa.cmms.getWorkTypes(paramsDict)

Retrieves work types configured in the system, the kind of work a technician performed on a work order event (e.g. "Design", "Repair"), as logged via addWorkOrderEventTechnician. This is distinct from maintenanceType/maintenanceSubType, which classify the work order itself, not the labor performed against it. Passing an empty dictionary returns a dataset of all work types.
