Analytics

By now the CoreForge plant is generating meaningful production data. You have configured the asset model, items and production rates, modes and states, connected the simulator tags, scheduled production orders, integrated with ERP, and set up users and navigation. This section shifts focus from configuring production behavior to how users view, interpret, and act on that data.

Kanoa MES provides a number of analysis screens for reviewing production runs and analyzing downtime. Dashboards and widgets are also provided so you can build your own custom dashboards.

Kanoa Ops comes with a number of analytical screens already provided. These screens, for the most part, are mobile responsive, and fast. If you want to change how they look or pair them with different data, simply open up the ignition designer and change them. They're all built with standard ignition components or the add-on apex chart module.
